2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS
We only accept returns or provide replacements under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The product packaging is tampered with or defective
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue
- The product must be unused and in original packaging

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders where the customer no longer wants the product after delivery
- Minor variations in packaging, labeling, or appearance that do not affect product quality
- Delays caused by courier partners

4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If a replacement is not available
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch
- If we are unable to deliver the product
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, for which correct details must be provided.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
